Welcome to the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project
Euphorian Thoroughbreds are a rare string of the Thoroughbred breed. They come from a single farm simply called “Euphoria” that has horses with mutated genes. These allow them to be able to possess any realistic coat or markings. Everything else about the sub-type is the same. Long, strong legs, a powerful hind, and great speed. Their eyes are soft and the breed is incredibly smart, if not a bit goofy. They love kids and have the rare ability to excel in any discipline. They can grow from 15hh-18hh, though usually somewhere in the middle.
The horses readopted through the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project are looking for a new loving home and a new job. They’ve tried racing and have either retired or decided the sport wasn’t for them. Either way, they are ready for the next chapter in their life. Some of these horses will come with a little training already, and will have their new discipline already determined. Although others you’ll get to pick how they move forwards!

The special lady in Ajax' life would be Honey . She is a sweet natured mare who he has known since they were both foals. From an early age Honey was never quite a normal foal, she seemed to startle easy and didn't really socialise much, and so they had her eyes tested due to them appearing a bit cloudy, and it was found she was slightly blind, which gave her short vision, and she was totally blind in her other eye. They introduced her to Ajax who was also a foal at the time and so he became her life long companion, he helps her and guides her around and gives her confidence, she won't settle or relax unless he is there keeping her company and making sure she is OK. He loves his job and takes it very seriously, but he is also quite a goofball and brings out her more curious and excitable nature. When alone with him in their shared paddock she will run and buck and the duo will play and cuddle together. He wouldn't miss any day he gets to spend with Honey because he truly does love her, and is thankful that they have forever together.
He gets up super early and always makes sure he is his handsome self before waking Honey to start the day. He always makes sure to save her any of his treats and then after having breakfast they get to head out to the paddock for the day where he sticks by her side and checks out every little thing to investigate it and make sure she is safe. He is her closest and perhaps only friend, and she confides in him whenever she has something worrying her. He has always prided himself in being there for her, through all of her trials, even when the vets arrive to give her eye drops he will be there standing next to her and keeping her calm. His life wouldn't be complete if Honey wasn't there, she is truly his perfect angel and all he wants is to give her a happy life.

There is never a dull moment between them, Ajax makes sure of that! He is the complete opposite to Honey almost in every way, he is energetic and mischievous and is sad to have a bad influence on her, but really he just makes sure her life is never boring even if it means occasionally getting into trouble, but she puts up with him to her best ability. The duo has went through many years together, from friends as foals, Ajax looking after her and making her more confident, to lovers as adults, frolicking in their paddock and cuddling close in the stall at night.
There will never be another more important lady in Ajax' life, and he couldn't be happier...

Zorro was breathless. She was stunning. He could not get his eyes off of the red dun roan pintaloosa mare. She was his everything, and she was beautiful. Sunflower was what kept him going when life got hard. Zorro had never met anyone who was always happy, always there for him when he needed someone. Sunflower loved him, and he loved her. They always grazed, ran, trained, and competed together. Their owners intentionally keep them together, wanting them to be able to stay together. Soon, they were stabled next to each other. They went out in the same paddock every morning. The couple were happy, as long as they had each other.

Sunflower loved him, she truly did. He was the light in a dark forest. The two loved each other. Sunflower adored Zorro. Zorro loved Sunflower. They were perfect together, the perfect match, if one could say horses could match with each other. The two spent all of their time together, every moment of time they had where they could be with each other, they used it with each other. Sunflower and Zorro were as happy as a pair of horses could be.

It was early in the morning. The birds chirped as Wiley stood in by the backdoor of a certain stall. He was waiting for something. All the other horses around him were in the depths of the pasture, munching on crisp grass. A little whinny was heard and Wiley perked up. Sure enough, out came a little palomino appaloosa filly. Her lanky legs made her unbalanced as she would toggle trying to get to Wylie. But who is this beautiful filly you may ask? Let me start from the beginning.

Wylie was not always a gelding. In fact, he was a stallion until he reached about 5 years of age. The day before he was to get neutered, he was in a neighboring pasture by the mares. He quickly found his way around the white fencing and soon joined the ladies on their side. He was particularly fond of one of them. Maybe too fond of her. It came as a shock to all the stable hands that their top tier show horse was pregnant. To add to even more confusion, who was the sire? They had always kept their stallions away from their mares. It was only when the foal was born that the true father would be revealed.

A couple weeks after the birth of Dolly, Wylie took interest. He seemed to know exactly who the little filly was. He would nuzzle her and stand beside her, keeping a watch out for any wondering eyes that may be of harm to her. They would trot across the pasture, Wiley taking shorter strides so Dolly could keep up. Sometimes, Wiley would purposely slow down, making Dolly giggle as she was faster than her father. They had they ideal daddy-daughter relationship. Mornings were spend basking in the sun. Afternoons were spent racing back and forth throughout the pasture. Evening was spent sightseeing. They would stand by the trees, hoping to catch glimpses of colorful birds amongst the green leaves. Finally, when nighttime struck, Dolly would put up a fight until she was put with her dad in the same stall. There, she would snuggle next to him as she drifted to sleep. Wiley would doze but still be alert enough to react if needed.

Wylie has no interest in mares now that he has been gelded. He has always been an independent man who needed no female in his life. However, his daughter holds a special place in his heart. She will always be Wylie’s precious little girl.

They built a bit of relation but Hope would still be stubborn, rearing and bucking if he didn't want to do something. That's until Lily was diagnosed with ALS. Hope didn't understand what it meant until he saw her. She was in a wheelchair, her eyes glazed with tears. Hope started to get worried, lowering his head to her eye level. She muttered things like "Hey there buddy, I love ya" or "You are one of the most important things in my life." It broke his heart to see her in such a position. Hope made it his mission to fix their relationship and make her world just a little bit brighter. Even if she couldn't ride him anymore, she would often just watch him in the pasture, getting gifts such as flowers, leaves, or even the occasional ladybugs that would land on Hope's nose. Lily's parents always said that Hope was Lily's stress reliever, one of the things that kept her going, and he took pride in that. Lily slowly got worse, now not even being able to talk. Hope didn't change one bit, he kept his positive energy going, happy when Lily would smile at his silly antics.

Lily's time soon had to come to an end, leaving Hope behind. He was upset but stayed strong for her, himself, and others. Lily still remains as the most important girl in his life, and she will be forever.
