• Respect is key. Show it to everyone, staff and community members.
• Negativity, harassing of others, bullying, toxicity etc, will not be tolerated. Not only will you be banned from here, we will report you to CS staff for harassment and bullying.
• Art/Writing used for ESWA must abide by CS rules.
• Please credit the artists for designs you own.
• Designs must be human, female and be in academy uniform. (Uniform reference here). Male witches will be special number adopts only.
• You will not be added to the original images. (This is subject to change).
• As of right now, you can only have one dorm room. (4 witches max). However, in the future, as this ARPG grows, you will be allowed multiple dorm rooms.
  
  
• Your dorm must be your witches only. No OCs unless you purchased a semi custom/custom ticket. (More info here).
• You must maintain a thread/website for your dorm room.
• If you are banned from ESWA, you may keep your witches however, if you are banned from CS, your witches will be moved to new dorms.
• Transfers between witches from one dorm to another is allowed (trading an adopt for another).
  
  • Letting the archivist know on this thread is mandatory so that the archive may be updated.
  
  
  
• General Staff rules:
  
  • Bias in any form is not tolerated. It doesn't matter how another user wronged you elsewhere, they deserve the same amount of opportunity as anyone else. We do not discriminate against anyone. I will not hesitate to fire you.
  • CS rules apply.
• Guest artists may make:
  
  • 4 adopts and after their trial, one custom.
  • GA's are not allowed to make customs for others.
• Artists may make:
  
  
  • Make adopts
  • Make customs for community members for pay, if the community member has the custom slot.
  • Nursery batches for others, but not for pay.
• Artists Should/Can:
  Please note you do not have to do all of this to be considered active each month.
  
  
  • Be active! Produce quality designs. Please note that if I am not let know before hand, you could be removed for inactivity.
  • Produce all adopts are to be made on oekaki. Off oekaki isn't allowed.
  • Can charge for customs, but no more than 50-60 c$. Please only open up a limited amount of slots per month. They should be attempted to be completed within a month after slots are closed.
  • Complete all work (judging customs, etc) in a timely manner.
  • Judging should be completed within a month of the comps closing. I will assist in judging if you are unable to.
  • Discuss with me and other staff if you want to make a milestone adopt.
    >> Milestone adopts may be made off oekaki.
    >> Please try and complete the adopt's ref within a month of posting the oekaki cover and have the competition up.
  • You may award 3 RUs per competition. RU's don't need to visibly similar, however should have similar edits. If an adopt has wings, the RU should have some variation of wings as well.

Wecome to ESWA, AKA Evanora Sybil Witch Academy! Here, you can pursue your studies of magic, such as potions, spells, magic languages, and more.


• Step One: Get a Starter Witch
  > You can either do this by winning an available adopt as your Starter Witch, or you can post a form for a custom.
  > To redeem your custom Starter, fill out the following form. Please fill out everything provided. You may request eye color, hair, and general looks. This Starter starts as a first year student, but they must pass the entrance exam! These founders/starters will be posted as regular number adopts. Please note that these are semi customs. You can suggest what the artist who claims you puts on your witch, but what they decide is up to you, so suggest multiple things!

• Step Two: Create a Dorm Room Thread
  > Title the thread something like "ESWA Dorm: [name]" Dorm room names are unique to the witches within it! Get creative!
  > This is where you will store the images, character development, and other things. You can keep your thread in this forum.
  > If you don't want to use CS, feel free to use somewhere like Toyhouse, dA st.ash, your own website, etc.
  
  
• Step Three: Leveling up Your Witches
  > Trust me, this is where it gets fun!! Levels are referred to as "years" (ie, a witch is level two, or rather, a second year student).
  > Now that you have your Starter Witch, you can either enter for more room mates or do Baby Witch Trials, where you can level up for the first time. Passing the entrance exam ensures you a place in the academy. (Don't worry, the passing rate is very high, and if you don't pass the first time, you can retake, no hard feelings).
  > After you pass the entrance exam, AKA Baby's First Spell, you can move onto to other tasks, spells, and exams.
  > Eventually, after they graduate, they have the chance at becoming a professor themselves. When that happens, it give you, the user, a chance to contribute to this ARPG! While the passing rate is incredibly low, you have chances to re attempt it after a cooldown. When your witch passes, she is given a special uniform, and you, the user, gets to write new tests, quizzes, etc for other academy students to try!

• Step Four: What's next?
  > Once your witch has reached Professor level, you will contribute to the ARPG! As I explained previously, you will be allowed to come up with 'exams', 'quizzes', etc for other witches to attempt. During academy events, you can contribute special event challenges that offer XP, items (edits items, like change of hair color, etc), and other things.

Uniform Guide
Here we have our wonderful uniform being modeled by a student here at the academy. Thank you, Miss Privet! This is the standard uniform here at Evanora Sybil Witch Academy, and is expected to be worn by all students. Note the piece of fabric hanging from Privet's belt. this indicates what year she is in via the color. Take a guess at what year!
