SPECIES RULES
- you may own unlimited ryka
- you may trade ryka for other species/items but you are responsible for notifying us
- stealing a ryka/multiple rule breaks/harassment/false sales will result in a species ban
- we reserve the right to rehome any and all ryka if the ban is severe enough
- all parties involved in a dispute will have a chance to speak
- you do not need a discord to participate within the species, it serves as a hub and holds giveaways
- do not harass close friends about making too many customs, they are friends of mine.
- if you invite more than 4 friends to ryka's and can get proof I will award you with species items
- you agree to not create your own spin-offs, or make your own ryka unless you have have a valid custom/myo.
- you acknowledge that once a ryka design is made it cannot be ever transferred to another species!
- you acknowledge that we reserve the right to issue warnings and bans as staff see's fit.





CUSTOM/MYO RULES
- there is no cooldown for custom/myo creation
- do not ask people for myos/for breedings with their myos if they do not ask for it.
- all myos/customs need to be approved by a staff member. legendary+ teir myos must be admin-only approved.
- proof must be shown of ownership if your not on the discord
- make sure all appropriate items are in the bank BEFORE use!
- customs/myos must stay within the limit range of the ticket in use
- ryka's will not be sold for anything other than c$ or shards





BAN/WARNING POLICY
- warnings are permanent, and can carry. you get 3 warnings before 1 of two types of bans.
- bans are permanent unless appealed,, the appeal process will be handled by admins.

ban type 1: probation ban
- you keep your ryka
- you cannot participate in breedings, contests, events, fanclub stuff, or discord giveaways
- you cannot create art, trade/sell your ryka, transfer items/currency or use the shop
- you cannot add edits to your ryka
- any entries to contests not judged are voided
- any trades you are in are voided. even ones already discussed
- your ban is temporary for however long we deem fit

ban type 2: permanent ban
- we take away all species items/currency/myos/adopts
- any breedings you are in are voided OR grubs do to the second owner
- your ryka will be readopted or claimed by staff
- your currency goes to the bank to be re-distributed in a giveaway
- myos and items will be given away in a giveaway or claimed by staff
- all trades taken part in are voided and cannot go through
- once declared banned you cannot get your characters back
- you will be marked down as perma-banned
- ryka cannot be co-owned, or traded/sold while your under investigation
- ryka are nulled from breeding/being traded/sold into the community for 1 month.
- co-owned ryka will be removed from the second owner.
- if you are in the discord you will be banned.
- you cannot obtain any ryka currency/art/etc period.
- you cannot participate in adopts/events/comps/trades or sales/ or any other activity.

[ information ]
Rykain Ignis are medium-sized dragon hybrids that live on a tidally locked planet called Isthain. All plant life on Isthain is dark colored or black to absorb as much light energy as possible. Light only lasts 4 earth hours,, while darkness lasts 20 earth hours. Constant storm winds blow over the land, making flight necessary. A wingless Ryka cannot survive on this planet. The sun in the planetary system is a red dwarf, thus a Ryka's eyes are extremely sensitive to changes on light because of this. Ryka are completely nocturnal, capable of night vision. and have a fancy for rare meats and glowing mushrooms found on the planet. Ryka come in all colors but the darker the color, the hotter a Ryka becomes during the light hours. Ryka are a family-orientated species, and create social bonds as time moves on and their family grows bigger. Newborn Ryka are called grubs,. while child and teen Ryka are called pups or cubs.
