after the party season of the new year organising
the biggest blind dating event of the year on the
night of valentines day, enthusiastically handing
out sign up forms and free tickets to anyone
who cared to talk to them. the first event
hosted many moons ago only had a
turnout of around five or so rykas but at
least one couple ended up in a loving partnership
that the couple couldn't be more thankful for
to this day. now? Ava spends their days making
each date party bigger and more outrageous
than the next, the most popular rykas across
Isthain squabble every year over who would
be lucky enough to be invited to the place
anyone and everyone wants to be on Valentines
night, all hoping for the chance to find their
perfect match whom they could settle
down with. high-school friends and co-workers
turn to lovers over just one night at these
parties almost as if it were love at sight.
Ava keeps their secrets of matchmaking close
to their heart however, never once letting the
truth out. Avas true secret? their tail that releases
a potent strong smelling secretion of pheromones
that when ingested in food or drink rendering
targets helplessly in love with the nearest ryka
around them. as a result tbn usually spends little
to no time at the party themselves, not wanting
to interfere with what they feel is their true
matchmaking duty for other rykas. otherwise
while they don't romantically involve themselves
with other rykas, they can't help being friends
with everyone they meet!

prompt; [maximum 300 words] As a total sweetheart, this young Ryka likes to pester her two parent figures Felsé and Vera. She thinks the two like each other, and spends a lot of time trying to get them together like the little cupid she is.

Hesta usually starts subtle in her ploys, before gradually gaining momentum as it nears valentine's day. First, she'll start off with little things like; "Have you seen Vera around?" Or; "Do you know where Felsé is?". It slowly evolves from there to; "Vera was looking for you earlier," and; "Felsé was wondering where you were!" Which leads to the snowballing of leaving little notes or chocolates from one to the other, or "accidentally" tripping her parent figures into each others arms. Finally, as a last grand gesture, she gets the rest of the mafia kids to help plan a special meet between the two at the gazebo on their ship, decked out with candles, a moonlit dinner, and a mariachi band playing by the 'lake'!
