What does it take to get them to sleep?:
The one thing that never fails to put Ky to
sleep is the song of the Nightingale.

Growing up in the forests of southern China,
Ky spent his younger years running free
through the springs and bamboo thickets,
chasing the songs of nightingales as they flit
through the trees, just dark blurs on the
edges of his vision. He would stay out late,
protected by the stars above and the tigers
that lurked in the edges of the shadows,
safeguarding him from both fear and fate.
At sunrise, he would curl up between the
massive felids as the birds continue to herald
the arrival of the sun. Then, he wakes up.

Ky has always been imaginative, and in his
younger years he would tell himself stories
since his parents were always working. He
slept under faux bamboo with glow-in-the-
dark stars glued to his ceiling, and he would
play pretend until he finally fell asleep. As
he got older, the pretending slowly stopped
working, but one thing never did. In the bamboo
thickets outside of his window, nightingales
lived and sang all throughout the night to lull
him to sleep, then welcomed him in the morn,
so he was never alone.

Kit Name: Osiris "Sai" Pantheon

What does it take to wake them up?:
While Osiris does love to sleep in, such a luxury
is nearly impossible for him. You see, it only
takes the tiniest sliver of light to bring him into
wakefulness; as a solar demigod currently
residing in the mortal realm, it's habit to rise
and rest with the sun's natural rhythm. But
because he's part mortal- and living in that
realm- he's also become more apt to try and
follow human habits such as staying out all night
with his companions and sleeping late into the
day.

He always runs into the same problem; any
sunlight that finds its way into his room makes
him snap awake, regardless of how long he's
been asleep the night before. And to make it
even worse, once his "solar clock" has been
activated, even if he finds somewhere nice and
dark, he cannot fall asleep again until the sun
has set that evening.

Luckily, being a demigod, he doesn't experience
actual exhaustion, as the sun acts like his
charging battery. He enjoys sleep, craves it,
because it brings peace to his racing mind,
and allows him to explore different worlds
created by both his imagination as well as his
deepest, most beloved desires.

What does it take to get them to sleep?: blitz doesn't have insomnia, he just likes seeing the stars and all the nights that make up the night. It takes him a lot to sleep, counting sheep and warm milk have nothing on him. what he does to sleep is his music box, as cliche as it is, it's the soft angelic sounds of the music box that helps him sleep, listening to it two times and he's out like a light.
