true to his name, gentleheart is a tender cat. he sings sweetly to his garden, tends to injured animals' wounds with a soft touch. it isn't just his colony that he heals; loners who happen upon the territory, starving or hurt are welcomed into his warm den to heal. even injured birds are fed and kept safe by sweet gentleheart until they can fly away and rejoin their flock.

but, though he's serious about his job within the clan, at first glance you wouldn't see such a devoted cat.

gentleheart is silly. in fact, he still tumbles around the beach like a kitten, pouncing on stray palm fronds, mewing incessantly. you'd even be forgiven for mistaking him for a littoral, because gentleheart is small for his age. going a day without being pounced on before seeing a fluffy tail bounding away would be strange. truly, gentleheart is a silly cat.

Hawkstrike is the cat who is always pulling the strings. He’s wildly clever and devious, always whispering in the ear of one cat or another. He has a way with words, and always knows what to say, whether to soother a cat or put them on edge.

Hawkstrike is never outright about anything, he always finds a way to weave things in between others, easily catching anyone off guard.

Any cat who had met him also knows to steer clear. He’s unpredictable, but one thing for sure is he’s always plotting something.

Marshtail's most distinctive trait has to be his undying desire to be kind to everyone. This is fine typically, as he has respect from a good chunk of his clanmates, and even from cats outside of his clan. Unfortunately, he often puts others before himself, even at the risk of his own health, safety, and most times happiness. Cats sometimes take advantage of him and his kindness, and yet he still treats them kind. In truth, when someone hurts him and takes advantage of him, he feels awful because he feels like he failed to make them happy or serve them. He is kind to others since he is often not kind to himself and just wants to see others happy.

If anyone remembers Sand for one of his traits, it is always jealousy.

If not for this, he would completely blend into the diverse crowd of cats that make up the Tunnellers. He isn’t brave or particularly kind, not looking for adventure or a good fighter of any kind.

He is a completely forgettable cat, that is, until he starts talking about Hornet.

His eyes shine when he describes her ruffled auburn fur, a glimmer of admiration evident when he talks about her hunting abilities and skill with her claws. Then his eyes will inevitably darken as he tells of the way Blizzard stays with her, making him out to be a thief and lair who only thinks for himself.

As anyone walks away from him, the singular thought about him that will stay in their minds is his smouldering jealousy of Blizzard and Hornet.

prompt: Some may call it simply being young and naive, but Dustyfeather is an eternal optimist. This tends to grate on her clanmates during times of hardship or strife. However, she's determined to see the bright side of things, no matter how dark they may seem. When a littermate played to hard and earned an injury, she cheered him up mentioning how cool his scar was going to look. When a fox was noticed living and hunting on Forestclan land, she saw it as an opportunity to practice different battle tactics for different enemies. There’s little that can ruffle her pelt and make her feel down. Whether she really believes it or simply hides dark feelings away is a mystery. (119)

Pinethorn is always the first to leap into battle and has always been that calm, confident cat that many others in the clan strive to be. He doesn't doubt himself and he is always sure of his skills. Despite this, he is not boastful and is rather compassionate to others. Some may say that he should even be next in line because of this, but he is more than happy just doing his duty as a warrior for his clan. Others are always looking for advice on how he remains such a confident cat in some situations, to which they will always be given the same advice.

"Don't think about your decisions too much, otherwise you will overthink them and begin to question yourself." He would calmly mention this to anyone who is looking to improve themselves. He makes a brilliant mentor and many of the apprentices love his teachings. (150 words exactly)

Acornfluff's defining character is his stupidity. Every day when he returns from patrol or hunting, it's a new scenario. He's asked by the medicine cats to get honey, he comes back covered in stings with his head stuck in the hive. Tell him to go hunting, he's stuck halfway in a rabbit burrow. he goes fishing and he comes back with crayfish stuck to his fun. No cat knows how he's even alive but he is only by the luck of Starclan.
