I do believe this Silas Runekeeper is uncommon due to the horns, but correct me if I read that wrong.
They kind of turned out like a rebellious teen that wanted to dye their hair c:

As the horns are included in the base lineart and not custom-drawn, this fellow would actually be standard. c:

I love that the darker stripes are on the body and the lighter stripes on on the head and tail, gives the Bab such a nice contrast balance
