They are, and always had been, a matchbox. Unorthodox, yet orderly, they find themselves prepared with the essentials at a moments notice. Generally, they go through life calmly, everything settled within them until it was time to burst - time to light aflame, and blaze ahead of the rest, their orderly fashion giving them the advantage. Instead of whittling claws at coal, they needed only one slash to spark.
With sectoral heterochromia of deep copper and steel-blue, almost grey, they're the calm of their litter. This, had saved them, this inherent, yet... obscure symbolism.

Hmm... it seems this box is just made out of ice. It seems to be pretty light and like you should be able to see what's on the other side, but you can only see yourself staring back. Perhaps it means that this small cat has trouble letting herself open up to others, as much as she loves making friends.
