Hey all, thank you for being patient with me in this new phase of my life! I know I haven't been promoting this new kiddo like I should, so im extending the contest!

End date :: February 14th, valentines day!

The contest will still be to make a poem, but it can be any sort of poem! Any length, any style, and any theme!

Have you ever lived a life where you are the bottom rung?
Have you been in a society which you are lowest among?
Even though, in truth, you know you have more to offer,
the world that you live in sees you as a begging coffer.
It's a cruel and judgmental place we live in,
where, just because we're different, others try to force us to give in-
They see a break between us, where really there is none
and if they'd only drop their hatred, wouldn't life be so much more fun?

But judge they do, and put us down? Well, they try.
But we won't give up, even when we have to let loose and cry.
We know, in the end, that some difference isn't bad,
and we'll fight, and get hurt- but we'll know its okay to be sad,
because we know, no matter how hard they hit, that our resistance won't fall-
We'll keep fighting for ourselves until they recognize us all.
