i. please fill out the form completely and properly.

iii. do not attempt to breed a cat on cooldown.
iv. cats of any gender may breed without the use of donors.
v. you may have 1 free breeding a month. each extra breeding costs
70 star dust from starclan's shop. this is to give all members a
chance at having a breeding at least one time a month.
vi. members without cats may use npcs to breed their own kits.

Cooldown notes for breeding:
Whichever cat is designated "pregnant" or "carrying the kits" will have a 2 week cooldown.
Any cat that is not pregnant/carrying the kits and is the other half of the breeding has 1 week cooldown.
