Moons ago, the five warrior clans, ThunderClan, WindClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan, and SkyClan were destroyed by a massive storm. A tornado tore through the territories, and a massive forest fire ran through ThunderClan. The cats who were able to escape alive fled. With the remaining cats, StarClan contacted many warriors, even kittypets, to create new clans. If their plan failed, the warrior code may just be lost forever.

"Brightember?" Wraithbloom bounded up a rocky ledge, calling for her leader. Fool. Young brave naive fool.
"Brightember!" She called again louder, then caught sight of a bit of fresh scraped stone on the rise in front of her. Why didn't she just wait? Just wait five minutes.
"Brightember!?" She stepped up the rock and huffed as she saw her leader standing across the plateau "There you are I've been looking all over-"
"Wraithbloom stop," Brightember hissed at the same time a violent rattled sounded and Wraithbloom saw the snake raise its head up from the dust, fangs catching the light.
"Ember," Wraithbloom whispered, freezing every musclr in her body "If you jump back and I distract the snake-"
"No," Brightember gritted "No, you stay away from the snake."
"Brightemeber."
"No," Brightember growled out in a voice Wraithbloom couldn't argue with.
The snake grew more agitated as they spoke and the rattle went louder.
"Stay back Bloom. That's an order," Brightember slowly began to ease away.
Wraithbloom grit her teeth and watched, her heart beating double time as Brightember slowly got further away and the snake seemed to relax.
Then Brightember's paw caught on a dip in the ground and she stumbled. The snake lunged.
Wraithbloom screamed.
