Thoughts on Event?: I feel the event went rather well. While the amount of mares wasn't huge, I enjoyed that you had varying coat coloration's and marking types. Personally I can't think of anything that went wrong with the event or anything that was bad about it. The contests were all fun, I did find the idea of this mini-claiming contest to be really interesting! Maybe even more different types of contests for future adopts, whether or not they are mares haha. After further thinking I though a limit on the amount of mares one could win from the event might have been a good idea, more people would have had a chance to win a mare.

Thoughts on Event?:
In my opinion, this event ran nicely and although at first I was a little disappointed that you had to own a stallion, I feel that it pushed me to try out for more of the Destrals on the main page. I often struggle to get into new communities but that rule made it so I had to get myself prepared, and this contributed to me getting Anarchist. The range of coats was nice and each Destral was nicely put together, the individual competitions for each animal helped give insight on the personality of each mare, especially by having some mares prefer stallions with rarer coloured coats. I feel that there could have been some more mares for adoption but considering this adopt is still rather new, it was probably the right call. Overall, I think that I would love to see similar events in the future or even ones with a twist on 'taming events' in other adopts, perhaps instead of taming, the mares integration in a herd etc. I look forward to seeing this species and community grow c:
