Mosssight's favorite snack is a good old fashioned worm. She loves making her friends gag and squirm, but these slimy bugs are also very good to her!

Prompt: "The sweet taste of victory!" She yips.

The cat she is speaking to awkwardly pauses, leaning back with a head tilt of confusion.

"Oh... you mean an actual snack? I know I'm a little chubby."

The cat nods, and Agnimitra's tongue pops out of her maw for a moment at the thought of food.

"Oh man, getting me riled up! I ain't eaten all morning.. I'm gonna hunt after this. Personally, I love those little mouse kinda things.. Like, they're not actually a mouse, but they look like one. Ah, what are they called.. Votes? Volts? Voles..." She trails off in a questionable tone before suddenly popping back up.

"Voles! Yeah, those things! I love em. They taste real good, and they're easy to catch n' eat while you're headed to a gathering and in a hurry. Plus, one of my enemies is named Vole. You get where I'm goin."

Favorite Snack and why;; Pigeons are a very rare treat in Tides territory, as the fat grey and brown bird's rarely make it down to the coast, but they are a delicacy that Ash enjoys each time he gets the chance for two simple reasons: 1. It was the first meal he caught himself, having wandered into the higher parts of the territory and 2. It's a name he'd like to give one his kits, should he ever have any of his own.

Favorite Snack and why;;

There was some knowledge he had, as a former kittypet.
Particular knowledge a warrior wouldn’t know.
And yet— ticking off a human in the right way? Priceless, priceless knowledge. He could list them all, but...

Basil.

It had a savory taste to it, something new. And yet— he knew— whenever he nibbled the edge of it, his owner would give up and bring him food.
So yes— a favorite snack... even though he no longer is a kittypet, it still brings him memories.
What a kitten he was.

Favorite Snack and why;;
Silverfish's favorite snack has always been fresh syrup sap! Breezeclan has a small maple tree forest that houses many maple trees, so during the spring, Silverfish always goes out and gets himself a little treat! It of course doesn't last long, due to only being in the early spring and the sap being very thin, but its always the highlight of his year!
He found out about maple syrup from a barn cat who had once lived on a syrup farm. He said that twolegs always got weird sugar water from trees that made the stuff they call syrup. Silverfish needed to try it for himself so when he returned to camp the next morning, he went out and tried clawing at the tree to gather sap! He found it works, but didn't make very much, so he let some of the apprentices help him!
Silverfish always brings the apprentices out to the maple forest every year for sap gathering, and he makes them swear to never tell a soul when they're older, otherwise he'll never bring them out there again!
The other cats before him don't know about his secret, and he plans to keep it that way! Just between him and the apprentices.

Fish,

When Goose was a kit she was very small and her mother believed fish would help her grow strong. Her mother would bring her fish. She developed a taste for them. There aren’t many fish near camp so she can’t have them often, but she can she loves the treat

Favorite Snack and why;;
Skypaw's favourite snack are crayfish; the slimy crustaceans are common in the river that runs right through the centre of Currentclan territory. They're Skypaw's favourite because he finds them incredibly satisfying in the difficulty to catch them and break open their shells to eat them. Catching them is a talent though, as you have to be very careful not to get your paws snipped in their claws. Currentclan has turned it into a bit of a seasonal sport, crayfish fishing, and Skypaw is one of the best in the clan

Favorite Snack and why;;

Dovefeather loves nothing more than a nice rabbit, prepared with herbs the medicine cat provides. Certain herbs hibe the rabbit a nice, fancy, spice that she enjoys thoroughly. Not only does this spiced rabbit taste good, but rabbit was the first prey she managed to catch when she was an apprentice. They have been her favorites ever since.

Favorite Snack and why;; Shiverpaw loves honey! It's often warm, and even if it isn't, it somehow fills him with a warm feeling, perhaps reminding him of happy summers spent with his family. This is especially helpful during the cold season, when he shivers nearly nonstop - one of his many quirks.
