Almost... Burst's tail flicked excitedly as he stalked over to the prey... And a fine spray of mist hit him in the face. What? He glanced up at the sky. It had started raining. Burst gave a hiss, abandoning his victim and ducking under the cover of the trees, his mind flashing with faint memories as he ran towards the camp, trying to avoid getting wet at all.

When he was still a young pup, he lost his mother in a great flood, and nearly drowned trying to reach her until someone dragged him out of the raging storm. After that experience, he got a great phobia of drowning and water and developed a dislike for water. He always remembers his sweet and affectionate mother whenever it rains, and then for the rest of the day he's bitter and won't do anything but sleep and eat.

With the clear droplets washing away every trace of dirt and dust he feels almost like a brand new Nox, and it seems like anything could be possible - if only he will get out there and try!
