When a user has owned an Oracalion for a week, they can breed it here.
There are 3 kits in a breeding, aside from items.
Up to 2 Oracalions can breed in one session. Oracalions have a one week cool-down
Artists can choose to either roll for edits or hand pick! you only have to roll for number of kits <3

You must wait for an artist to open slots to post your form!
Only mark ONCE!
Spamming forms will result in a strike, and a temporary nursery ban.

Rolls proceed as follows:
1 kit [1-55]
2 kits [56-80]
3 kits [81-100]
