What is an emojem?
Emojems are manifestions of emotion. They are rumored to reborn from spirits, but this is not proven.
Each emojem has a wispy, ghostlike tail and a gem in its forehead. The gem contains all of the power of the emojem, and without it, it will die. The strange, transparent tail infuses the emotion into the atmosphere, making the surrounding beings feel that emotion.
Positive emojems are loved and often kept as pets or even worshiped. Negative emojems are scorned loners, but sometimes used as weapons. Emojems are immune to the emotional powers of other 'jems. Because of this, they can mingle peacefully regardless of emotion.
Emojem rarities
standard: no edits; can have any of the four preset gem types.
common: fur edits, sclera color, tail shape edit, glow, protruding teeth
uncommon: edited ear shape, edited gem shape, edited nose, 2+ colors in gem, heterochromia, spikes, horns, scales; nose/gem not matching, goop
rare: extra gem(s), multiple emotions, multiple tails, extra legs (up to 6 total) multiple ears, hoof edits, halo(s), munchkinism (shorter legs), gigantism (longer legs)
mythical: multiple heads, feathers, fins, antennae, plant growths, form/color change, floating non-halo objects (i.e. planets, flowers, fireballs, etc.), major anatomy changes, more than six legs, transparency anywhere besides tail, wings
Rules
-You may not make an emojem unless you are an official artist, have a MYO ticket, or have special permission from me.
-You may not steal or beg for emojems.
-You may not edit an emojem's design without permission from the artist who created it. Even so, you may not drastically change it or add/remove edits. (unless you have an edit item)
-You may trade emojems for emojems, emojem items, MYO slots, or other characters (given the species allows it)
-You may use your emojem for whatever you wish, i.e. an OC, a fursona, roleplaying, etc.
-You may put your emojem in whatever AU (alternate universe/world) you please.
