Welcome all to the Scene Society!!
We are looking for skilled artists willing to spend some of their time to create quality Rawrs for our adoptable agency!
Artists will not be paid with any currency, but will be given 'Admin Points' to redeem customs, make your owns, and personal nursery batches.
At this time, we are only hiring main adopt artists!! <3
Guidebook / Rules
Keep designs CS-appropriate.
Feel free to seek inspiration from old scene dog designs in order to figure out what you're doing!
You do not have to be a stellar artist or have pen pressure to be accepted. You just have to make designs that look nice!! Since these are scene dogs, you're able to break a few 'rules' of good design in order to relive the nostalgia.
The 'XD Fake" sign is what you use as a palette!! <3
I heavily encourage you to change the color of the background.
Artists, upon hiring, will be given a personal 'tasklist' to do before they're released as a full artist. Until they're hired as a full artist, they will be considered a trial artist.
Artists should only use uncommon traits once every five adopts.
Artists may not make rare traited adopts without my prior approval.
Artists are expected to make free adopts; this includes raffles, form comps, etc.
Artists may only make adopts on the Oekaki.
If you aren't comfortable doing lineart edits as an artist, SAY SO in your tryout.
This will not affect your hiring at all; I will be grateful you're honest with me. If you just wanna color the lines a thousand times over, that's totally chill. Just let me know. I'd rather you be in your comfort zone than force yourself to do something for the sake of doing something.
I'd like to see a minimum of two entries; use both of those entries to showcase your coloring skills, and, if you're going for a more skilled position, include line edits in those.
All entries can use any existing trait that's allowed.
When entering, fill out this form the first time;
username;
why you want the position;
are you comfortable doing lineart edits?; it's okay to say no! if you are only interested in coloring the lines / only feel comfy doing so, put this here!
