Welcome all to the Scene Society!!
Here we adopt out Rawrs, adorable little wolfies with the cutest hair, tails, and sparkles!
There's no negativity here; just fun and adoptable designs!! Have fun!

Rawrs are fluffy, lithe canines with thin muzzles and large, poofy, expressive hairstyles. Additionally, they have little things that dance around them, called 'Sparkles'. These can be any color (or combination of colors), and can have any shape as long as there are a few +'s and o's floating around <3

Artists, upon hiring, will be given a personal 'tasklist' to do before they're released as a full artist. Until they're hired as a full artist, they will be considered a trial artist.
Artists should only use uncommon traits once every five adopts.
Artists may not make rare traited adopts without my prior approval.
Artists are expected to make free adopts; this includes raffles, form comps, etc.
Artists may make adopts on the Oekaki. However, if part of the Kingdom Discord, they may use the off-Oekaki bases or even customline their own with permission.
For every common Rawr, do about two to three standard Rawrs.
And you can do one uncommon rawr per three common rawrs
The only people allowed to make 50 / X100 adopts are ReyganKiwi and ReyganKiwi alone, unless explicit requests and permission are made.

Do not edit different hair onto your Rawr.
Do not edit your Rawr's existing Rawr.
Do not edit additional accessories to your Rawr. (You can make an off-Oekaki reference with more accessories though!!)
You are free to give your Rawr other hairstyles and accessories off the oekaki for artwork or personal reasons.

Over time, as artists host competitions and people win and lose, some of the people who don't win will be granted HM's, or Honorable Mentions.
These Honorable mentions can be saved and eventually used to buy a custom Rawr!!
The prices are as follows;

5 HM's; A Completely Standard Rawr
8 HM's; Unlimited Common Rawr
15 HM's; 2 Uncommon Traits Rawr
20 HM's; Unlimited Uncommon Rawr
25 HM's; 1 Rare, Unlimited Uncommon Rawr
