as we all know, I have an unhealthy obsession with top hats.
so, I decided to make this editable!

rules:
-don't remove my signature
-don't claim as your own
-don't use as a 'pride' icon
-don't color in with demonic symbols EDIT: this rule has been removed since i dont rlly care what you put on them anymore, as long as its nothing inappropriate or hateful!!
-don't make money off of this editable
(example: don't sell color-ins, use as commissions, use for artfight etc.)
-a little silly, but don't remove the tophat. it ruins
the purpose of the editable.
