✘ Cream Cats are on an edit based rarity system. The more edits a Cream Cat has, the more rare it is. MYO's will be sold based on how many edits a Cream Cat has. A base outline is the following:

- Standard (No Edits)
- Common (1 - 2 Edits)
- Uncommon (3 - 5 Edits)
- Rare (6 - 9 Edits)
- Legendary (10+ Edits)

FAQ/Extra Information
I no longer want my Cream Cat, what should I do?
If you no longer want your Cream Cat or do not feel connected to them, you are free to readopt them, trade them, sell them for CS currency or gift them. Just keep the rules in mind.

A Staff Member/Friend gifted me a custom, will this count towards one of my Customs?
No, we will count it as a normal Cream Cat even though it is a custom.

I saw someone copy a design from a Cream Cat adopt! What do I do?
DM a Moderator, Admin, or Owner with a link to the copier.

Cream Cat ownership TOS

• Cream Cats are a Closed species. You can only make a Cream Cat if you are an Official Artist or Guest Artist unless you have permission by Senbonzakura. Permission is given with proof of a Cream Cat MYO ticket or a message from me allowing you to make a Cream Cat.
  
• Each user may own unlimited Cream Cats at the moment.
  
• We will never take away ownership of a Cream Cat. If you are banned, you may transfer the design out of species, keep your Cream Cats without being able to participate within the species or have your Cream Cat re-adopted if you so choose.
  
• Never use a Cream Cat's design on any other species' lines other than the official Cream Cat lines. You may draw a Cream Cat and color your design in, but do not change the species of your Cream Cat. Do not copy anyone else's designs either.
  
• When you are banned from the Cream Cats species you cannot post on official Cream Cat Adopt threads or breed your Cream Cat (if we were merciful and let you keep some), cannot use tickets or items, cannot upload content to Official Cream Cat Adopt threads on other websites like DeviantArt, or participate in any Cream Cat activities or contests.
  
• Cream Cats can be traded or sold, even if they are a MYO or Custom.
  Cream Cats may not be purchased with USD/any form of currency used in any country or other equivalents that can be converted into currencies from other countries.
  You may use C$ and CS Pets to purchase Cream Cats and Cream Cat items.
  All transactions with C$ and CS pets are finalized and will not be refunded once the trade is accepted.
  
• Any and all edits must be listed in the post for each Cream Cat. Cream Cats do not need to be dessert or food themed.

Thread participation rules

• Spamming is not tolerated and will get you a Warning.
  
• If you do not win a Cream Cat adopt or Cream Cat contest do not pity farm/guilt trip, including passive aggressiveness directed towards any staff or users. This will result in a warning or a ban depending on severity.
  
• If a Cream Cat's contest is not judged within 2 weeks of its end date, or extension, a replacement judge will be assigned.
  
• If a Staff Member wants to keep their position in Cream Cats adopts, they must remain active by answering questions/helping in chat or having a presence in the fanclub, making/breeding or transferring Cream Cat. Any Staff Member inactive for 5 months without reason will be removed from our Staff List without question.

Usage of a Cream Cat as an OC

• You are allowed to give your Cream Cat any personality, gender and orientation that you like.
  
• Cream Cats are allowed to be developed / written about alongside non-CC characters and in whatever setting you want, though relationships to non-CC characters won’t be considered “canon” by archival purposes and other characters cannot be used in species mechanics such as the nursery.
  
• Major alterations of a Cream Cat’s design are not allowed without direct permission from staff and the original designer. Drawing your CC with traits not included on their masterlist image is not allowed.
  
• The exceptions to the above are scars, limb differences, mobility aids and other disabilities / disability-related traits, which you are free to draw your CC with!
