Task 1 - Unloading;
Share a story in the unloading from the trailer
(50-100 Word Story)
I struggled to unload the Grel from the trailer, the feisty mare bucked, reared, and squealed in attempt to stay hidden in the trailer. Her tan and white coat barely recognizable under the layers of dirt. She obviously was not tamed and this was probably her maybe second or third time ever being touched by humans, she certainly wasn't very friendly.
She eventually tired out and gave in a little, letting me pull her away from the trailer and into a small fenced in pasture. I showed her around to the water and grain. And somehow, switched the rope for a halter without her biting me, though, she did try.

I came back after a few hours of letting her rest, and quickly hopped into the pasture. She was staring intently at me, her ears swiveled a little before she focused on me and only me. I called her by her new name, Serenity, and whistled. She simply took a step forward and continued watched me. I grabbed a carrot from my pocket. And slowly walked towards her, her ears flattened against her neck, but, I continued. She snorted and stopped a hoof as I came closer. I eventually made my way in front of her, and held out the carrot gently, she cautiously sniffed it and barely bit a piece off. She pulled her head away to chew it, and came back to eat the rest. I quickly,but gently, grabbed the halter as she chew the rest of the carrot. She jumped a little, but, kinda relaxed. I walked her around the pasture for about an hour. She seemed to trust me a little now.

(I don't have a herd, so Imma just make one up)
After me and Serenity walked around for a little more, I decided it was time for her to meet the herd! I tugged her halter as we walked side by side. I went to pat her like I do every Grel and she hopped away, I instantly felt bad and led her through the gate of the big pasture. I called for my other Grels and they loyally trotted to us, but, slowed down curiously at the mare. The oldest mare and her son trotted up first, and cautiously sniffed at Serenity, then they booped myzzles. After the two greeted Serenity the rest greeted her patiently, Serenity excitedly greeted them all.
Task 4 - Fully Tamed;
Share a story in how you connected with the Grelifcent
(50-100 Word Story)
Eventually, I pulled her into the stables to clean her and fit her for a saddle. I pulled out the supplies I need to wash her dirty coat, she hopped away nervously, I tried to clean her for hours, and gave up. I sat down on a hay pile in the corner, Serenity watched me curiously., and then pulled at the rope that tied her to the wall. I whacked her, studying her personality, I hadn't realized is been here long until nightfall started to come. I stayed in there a little longer, suddenly falling asleep.
I woke up the next morning, and noticed that Serenity wasn't in my sights, but then I noticed the mare had curled up beside me on the hay. Her spine almost perfectly aligned with my side. At this moment I knew we would be life-long friends forever.
