Depending on his mood. Today it could instant mushroom cream, maybe instant mashed potato with black pepper sauce or instant mushroom porridge. Easy to prepare food that doesn't need any addition to taste good, those are his favorite. Hasoka can cook but that requires time and effort, two of which he did not have any to spare.

Metaphorically, his plate is pretty much nonexistent. There's too much things going on that everything covered it. It's broken by now due to the sheer amount of load on it. Soka doesn't want people to see how useless he is. He's pretending he can finish everything but really, he can't.

Personality
Hassle-free and comfortable, that is Soka's priority in life. He often spends his free time doing nothing productive and he doesn't like puttig effort into things. It's a miracle he got where he is. To others, he may seem aloof and perhaps arrogant since he doesn't like talking or socializing with them, but Soka is actually a kind soul that is fed up with life. He cares about others but finds having emotions to be tiring. Everything is tiring.

Soka distances himself from everyone and doesn't keep any kind of friends or contact with other living beings consistently. He seem to have took a liking to fictional things, tough. He knew that he's a burden to be around with his constant self loathing, pessimistic views and telling others that they don't mean anything to him. He has Impostor Syndrome that contributed to his difficulty for forming friendships. While he's often showing a laidback expression or personality, he really has it up as a façade because he didn't want people to think he is a big loser, even though he does think he's one.
