hello and welcome to the dun mountain criollos' artist competition!

this is an ongoing competition, which means that I will come back periodically to check
out entries and pick any artists that strike my fancy.

there's no limit to how many entries you can make, nor what you can do with them, as long
as you adhere to breed standard.

DMCs do not recognize tobiano, leopard complex, Birdcatcher spots, Tetrarch
spots, or Bend-Or spots.

also, I would love to see at least one sabino entry, one overo entry and one dappled entry
(can be gray, sooty, or just dappled).

there are three artist positions to choose from currently: permanent artist, guest artist, and ghost
artist.

permanent artists are those who make adopts frequently, and are allowed one custom a month.
ghost artists are those that make adopts infrequently, and are allowed one custom a month, as
well.
guest artists stay on for one month, making as many adopts as they like, and are allowed one
custom at the end of their allotted month.

if you need genetic help, I recommend this site to help you.

please put your entries underneath a cover, and fill out this form underneath the cover:

Code: Select all
username:
previous experience?:
desired position: (e.g. guest artist, ghost artist, or permanent artist)
do have a basic understanding of genetics?:

beneath each entry, please fill out this form:

Code: Select all
eye color: (get creative, give it a cool name!)
phenotype: (what the horse looks like to the eye. e.g. bay, flaxen chestnut, black overo, etc.)
genotype: (the genes that make up the coat. e.g. EE | aa | Oo for a black overo)
