Favorite Summer Activity: Ozmodia's favorite summer activities are kayaking and sailing! There's nothing quite like kayaking on a river or sailing in a windy bay. He enjoys watching the fish from his kayak, and often brings worms and treats to throw into the water to bring them near as he paddles along. He also loves the feel of the wind rushing over his fur as he sails. He owns a Flying Junior sailboat and spends dozens of hours each week on the nearby bay, his white sails luffing occasionally in slow winds. Nothing is better than a day on the water!

Haule likes his summer job, and it's one of his favorite things to do during the summer. He's got the ""unfortunate"" job of cleaning out gutters and large ditches after floods and other storms with a lot of water. Other people might find it gross or disgusting, but Haule sees it more like a treasure hunt. He can find lots of things in there, rings, shiny rocks, dead...mice... OK maybe not all the things in the gutters are nice to see, but someone has to do it, and if Haule has to do it, at least he's having some fun!

as always, i'd like to thank everyone for entering! all of these entries were cute, but some stood out more than the others. i chose my results based both on how much work went into describing the summer activity, and on how fitting/unique that activity was!
