after getting a reply from livvyah about which mutations were allowed (and rarities), i removed quite a bit from the original mock list and created a new thingy after scrapping my initial design. \o/ still, not too shabby, i s'pose. if i'm allowed, i might tweak her a little more should i come up with more ideas.

i meant to make a water god, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ a goddess is good too. her name is to be decided (likely something asian), but she's kinda cold-hearted but has a soft-spot for those who love water and its life. as a deity, she's quite arrogant too. oh and she has magical powers to do with water too - but livvy said magic powers are non-rarity and don't go on the list so-
what about eye glow when powers activate and eyes turning white then (i forgot to ask,,,)
