What is a Pillowtail?
A Pillowtail is a Puma like creature with horns and an EXTREMELY fluffy tail, They are passionate creatures and very loving. If you don't love them they'll make you love them!! They also can go in freezng weather and are very nice too all animals, they even gain enough love and respect for a certain animal or creature they could befriend them as a pet or yet if their bond is so strong they can communicate with each other and they come in many shapes, colors and sizes! so keep and eye out for these lovable fluff balls as they are now released into our world to spread happiness and love!

pillowtail's name: Crystal - Crystal will make a perfect name. It reminds us of the beautiful icicles that decorate our homes every year.

personality: Crystal is a shy and very silent pillowtail, her always satying off to the side when there is a group metting and she will just observe to the point where she remembers every pillow just by how they look! Crystal is also very frightful as she gets spooked easily and she will creep up to you silently and talk if she needs to, scaring everyone she is around but a small white rabbit which is her faithful companion!

personality: mirror was always a mean pillowtail, they insulted everyone they met, and didn't care about hurting them physically either, until one day she went to far, she insulted a sorcerer and they cursed her, now she doesn't remember her cruel life, but her personality always mimics those around her, she has a new kind, soft personality but can never show it, she thinks her own thoughts but only when she's alone, her name now fits perfectly, and this was the cost of her hurtful words.



Mirror was alone in her room, she heard another pilowtail coming towards her, she wanted to see Mirror, no wait she was Mirror, the other pillowtail was her friend Chip. Chip was the only pillowtail that believed her about the curse, to bad she could only tell anyone about it through writing. Chip smiled "hey there mirror" she said bounding over, "hey there!" mirror said with a grin, all of her worries fading away, "would you like to try a new recipe i found?" Chip asked "sure thing, i love apple muffins!!" was Mirrors response, chip took a step back and mirror felt a wave of fear crash down on her, it was so creepy when mirror did that, she shook herself, she was mirror "sorry, anyways come on!" mirror felt elated sugar was soooo good, they ran together, they they came to chips private bakery, the apple muffins were steaming on a plate, and together the ate all of them, mirrors mouth was covers in sweet smelling crumbs,

"those were amazing!! you should totally try the cranberry pancakes in that cookbook" chip gave her a look and mirror felt fear again, for a second she had the though of should she be friends with this creepy pillowtail? then she shook herself, it wasn't mirrors fault.

the next day when mirror was alone again she felt really guilty for creeping her only friend out so much, then suddenly a stronger wave of guilt hit her, for lying to chip, she knew the curse was fake and that she was just being dramatic, wait what? another pillowtail must be nearby, she couldn't believe she had tried so hard to appear as if she was cursed and that she had actually spied on her friend as she bookmarked the cranberry pancakes, she was ashamed the she had just smelled the apple muffin residue,
she also had trouble believing that chip had fallen for it, a few moments later the thoughts faded, ugh she hated being around myst, she was so judgey, and she always though that the "curse" was a lie for attention, it made her feel so guilty for stuff she didn't do, she was pacing out of boredom when a pillowtail came and delivered a letter, she opened it and it read

"mirror, dear friend i have realized the truth about your lies, i'm afraid we can't be friends anymore, i don't want to see you again. love, chip"

mirror stared at the note in her pawn, tears smudging the ink, she noticed something off in the handwriting (paw-writing?)
maybe someone else had written it, she shook the thought away, myst wouldn't the the very thing she accused Mirror of doing and lie? no she must have convinced chip, somehow, it didn't matter she now had no friends, there was always Sweet, but she was so stressed out by trying to be friends with everyone, it made mirror want to steer clear of her to, she also didn't want to add more to her list of things do to, and there was Cliff, but he never had time for her she sighed and went the next few days in a state of misery, until she got another letter

hey mirror, how are you? iv'e been really busy lately, sorry that i haven't been able to see you. your friend, Chip

this really lifted her spirits, she still couldn't believe that Myst had gone so far to separate them. she sent the fake letter back to chip with a note explaining, the response was shocked, Mirror felt so much better knowing that they couldn't be separated that easily




Mirror yawned she curled up to go to sleep, and as she faded into sleep she dreamed, she dreamed that the goddess Wisteria Borealis came to her, and granted her wish, "hello young pillowtail, i see you have terrible curse placed upon you" Mirrors paws felt brimming with magical energy "yes i do" wisterias hope and joy flowed though mirrors body "i can remove this curse" wisteria said,and for some reason as she said this mirror felt a flicker of cruelty, wisterias eyes and horn were now glowing black and red,
a bolt a lightning zapped though mirror, wisteria stood there, but she was thinking, about herself? the WAS a miracle, she rushed over and hugged wisteria then she dashed off to tell all the others about her new self!

first she rushed over to her friend chip, "hey, the curse is gone! the curse is gone!!" she exclaimed running in circles, Chip looked up a smile on her face "really? that's great!!" she dashed off to go tell everyone, when Myst passed her she got a glare but felt no guilt for anything "ugh, finally your dropping the act, still just tell everyone it was fake" she said storming off "oh well why don't you just tell everyone you like is fake! ha!" she shot after her the paw steps paused and Myst look back over her shoulder in confusion but Mirror was already gone, it started off great but mirror went overboard with having her own thoughts, "hey Chip, i can finally tell you i don't even like sweets!" she didn't notice the hurt look on her friends face as she ran off, ans talking to sweet a bit to loudly "you should tell all of your "friends" that you just feel sorry for them and don't like them for who they are, i mean you actually can so there's no harm in it!" she said bouncing off before sweet could respond a few of the pillowtails hanging out with sweet got up and dashed off to spread the word, as time went on this got worse talking to chip "i can finally tell you that you suck at baking,
i mean get a life." she could see Chips hurt face, but her grin widened she could say this stuff, and NOT feel so hurt, she got to be so bad that everyone avoided her, locking her out and everything, until a glowing demon thing appeared, "ha, i posed as your little goddess and cursed you a far worse curse, now you have no friends you have nothing!! now die" he grabbed two small trees and turned them into swords, this caused Mirror to wake up in a panic, she sighed in relief, it was just a dream, she spent the next hour writing about her dream to share with Chip, making sure to say that she did love sweets and that chip was a great cook.

personality: hewitt is very much a smart one. in fact, he organizes plays, specifically in winter, and buys snacks for performers. this requires strategic thinking and skill and a keen eye as a baker. he is also quite easy to make friends with. even the prestigious socialite jessalyn considers hewitt a fine, intelligent pillowtail who is wonderful to be around. he may be quiet, but by no means is he shy or helpless.

i am so sorry to have taken so long! i finally have some time however, and just, thank you all so much for entering!
even though i tweaked this one a lot while making it, i'm really proud of it and it really does make me smile whenever i see someone try out for one of the babs i make.
buutttt, it's time i say who gets this one, and congratulations stormserpent, mirror is yours! it warmed my heart to see chip still loved, and i'm glad mirror is going to have a friend <3 your art is also lovely and mirror cakes forever have a special place in my heart from when i got into baking videos on instagram, they're just so soothing to watch
