They are also munchkin dogs, meaning they will never get any bigger, but they are able to breed still.

Oh my, these twins seem to be lost! They need someone to go home with but they will need a bit of coaxing.

How you will calm them down; to start with I would ask what's wrong, in this case these poor little babies are lost!
So I would Bring them inside get them some warm milk and doggy treats, wrap them in blankets give them lots of pats and cuddles and reassure them that they'll be alright

How you will calm them down;
I will coax them towards me and feed them some food. I would also give them some warm blankets and take him to my home so he won't be afraid anymore of the unknown. Once he then got comfortable I would then make sure he is cleaned up and pet him softly so he doesn't get more scared and run away. I would give him more food that would make him feel better and once we get a little more comfortable with each other we would cuddle. I would help him sleep and cuddle him so he doesn't feel alone.
