★ What is a Celestial Dragon? ★
Celestial Dragons(CDs) are a small breed of dragon, closely related to Fu Dogs. They have a silky, ethereal mane that swirls and shines like a galaxy. They vary in size from a small fox to a large dog, and are covered in a thin coat of soft fur. Their pupils are star shaped, and every CD has a star marking in their coat or mane. Please make sure to read the species rules before trying out!

This starpoof was inspired very loosely by the fourth doctor's scarf from Doctor Who.
Of course the colors are changed around quite a bit, but the original scarf gave me some ideas for a neat CD.

In this competition, give me 5 personality traits or less about this CD and explain a little about each one! You also get one extra, 800 words or 1 piece of art (do not do animations or a comic, please).

personality; He's rather jumpy, fidgets a ton, and doesn't talk all that often, all stemming from his "mild" social anxiety. He habitually calls everybody 'ma'am' or 'sir,' even if they're younger than him (which was drilled into his head as a kid.) He always takes off the top half of any sandwich he eats because he considers it rather unnecessary.

extra; Riu doesn't like it when things are around his neck. It makes him feel claustrophobic, like the thing is restricting his breathing, like he's going to collapse if he can't claw it off in time and breathe in fresh air. So even as it got colder and he felt the frost biting at him even through his fur, he was okay without something extra to keep him warm, because he could breathe and he was pretty sure suffocating was more painful than hypothermia. All that changed when he was gifted a scarf, much to his surprise.

It was particularly cold that day. Riu was constantly shaking, constantly pacing, trying to build up body heat. He thought he was far enough from the other CDs as to not be bothered but apparently not, because suddenly his totally-not-a-crush was standing in front of him and asking if he was okay. He tried to say something in the form of an affirmative, only managing to trip over the word yes almost endlessly from how hard his teeth were clicking together. Riu watches with a vague sense of dread as his crush (his first crush!) removes his own scarf to place it around Riu's neck.

At first, he panics. He could already feel the knot in his throat forming, his lungs seizing up and refusing to work; he could hear his heartbeat thudding in his ears but he refused to have a panic attack in front of the other dragon. Riu swallowed past the lump and somehow managed to squeak out a small "are you sure?" The other dragon laughed, oblivious, and said that it looked better on him anyway.

The resulting warmth that bloomed in his chest was quite certainly not from panic that time.

1) Softhearted:
Cream cares about nearly everyone she meets; she is always mindful of how she behaves in front of strangers, as well as those who are extremely close to her. Even when it comes to rude, brash individuals, she will do her best to be respectful, as she understands that there may be hidden influences that have led them to develop into the person they are now. She tends to relate to the same emotions another person is having, so if they end up crying, she often finds herself bawling along as well.
2) Timid:
She's usually afraid to speak up or act out if it comes down to a situation that could result in negative, harmful consequences. Cream doesn't like making herself publicly known either, despite wanting to be close friends with everyone she comes across and meets. She also finds it difficult to request actions done by other people, especially if its something that will help benefit her in the long run, as she's afraid that it might inconvenience others.
3) Eloquent:
When Cream finds the courage within herself to speak, her words are always thoughtfully woven together. She often declares that she's a much better writer than she is a speaker, but her words showcase otherwise. She's an excellent storyteller, and can easily entertain passersby if they request it from her.
4) Quiet
Cream doesn't enjoy talking in a loud voice for everyone to her her speech. She's actually quite embarrassed of how she sounds, as her voice often squeaks when she doesn't mean it to. She also frets over talking too loudly for others, as she understands that doing so has the possibility to give others headaches.
5) Polite
She is quite the well mannered individual; Cream is always sure to say her "please" and "thank yous" when the time calls for it. She is always conscious of what she does or says, and will do her best to ensure that others who are around her are comfortable and happy.

Aaa, it's no worries at all, Humerussin. I completely understand that you were probably very busy with quite a few things, especially seeing that the Halloween Event was up and running! <3

But, oh gosh, thank you so much; I'm both surprised and overjoyed to be able to expand on Cream's character and story ;;)b She's certainly going to make a splendid librarian, and I can't wait to create a relationship between her and Lucia!
