Dragon Keipah Base

I was given allowance by Alavii to make the base for the people who got slots to make the dragon Keipahs.
Basically, under the base line art, there are several layers that are lock alpha friendly that are parts of the body.
For instance, anything with the same colors on the body (like how light red is on all the horns) is on the same layers.
Only ask to be added if you are on the list. Anyone who asks to be added who isn't will be ignored. I WILL CHECK
