Hazard Cats are long legged felines with quite a few robotic qualities.
Their tails are about the length of their body, split into two pieces,
and connected by some form of energy. The glass screens on their
chest are most commonly known to show a heartbeat, but many other
glowing images can appear there. These images mirror the cat’s
health in one way or another. Some cats have static on their screens,
but beware, those cats are as dangerous as they are rare! The picture
on the screen will always match the color of the cat’s eyes, which
typically have hollowed pupils. Hazards have three eyes, but the center
one is almost always covered with a band-aid or something similar.
This is because of the often dangerous powers that are channeled
through the third eye. Grates on the cats’ sides aid in breathing and
can also emit a steam, sound and mist, as well as a strange goo.
Their large ears allow them to hear potential prey miles away and make
them skilled trackers, but they are easily overwhelmed by too much
noise. Thanks to their strong legs, Hazard cats can reach speeds up to
fifty miles per hour and leap near ten feet up.

This hazard cat is a doll, which means they can be GENDERLESS if you want!

What sound does their grate make?: Arrythmic notes like a worn out music box, little twings and twangs, sometimes a full melody but most often not.

Backstory: His name means "I stay", which is what Maneo seems to do best. Lovingly crafted years ago, kept and cared for, his early existence was sweet. Ages later, broken, abandoned, he was picked up from the remains of his home by scavengers. One among their number saved him from being torn apart, seeing he had once been more than a lifeless thing. Maneo awoke after decades in limbo to an unfamiliar face, saved by a stranger and brought to life in a world so changed it had become unrecognizable. He keeps on, stays, because more than anything, he loves life. He wouldn't give it up, even if it at times seemed easier to fall down, rest once more. Now, more than just being cared for, he has those he cares for, those he would give his life for. In their ashen world, that's what matters.

What sound does their grate make?:
Their grate plays AM radio broadcasts from across the globe, but they're not normal broadcasts. They are aggressively staticky and voices can be heard. Crying, unclear words, Ominous messages, but they can't tell where the broadcasts are coming from, they can only listen on in horror as they seem to play on a continuous loop although a new one plays every day. It has caused them to become ill and lose sleep, their mind plagued with nightmares.

Backstory:
It wasn't always this way. The AM broadcasts used to be relaxing to listen to, stories of childhoods and polite conversations about the government. Wisteria was given their feminine name despite having no concept of gender and the ability to be sentient by an omnipotent being, but has no memory of such... only of waking up to the gentle sound of a woman talking about up and coming local musicals in Russian. They enjoyed the talkshows and babbling in different languages, understanding all of them and enjoying the sense of company they gave. It was like a one ended phonecall but they loved to listen to their unaware friend talk all day.
As time went on nothing seem to change except one day there was an international interference over the radio waves. The static came and was deafening, causing Wisteria to hold their paws to their head frantically. They couldn't scream, only painfully listen. Then the sound dulled down.
That's when the voices came.
"No... no you don't understand... they're only children please.... we didn't do anything!... we didn't do anything!...." a woman was crying in English. There was incoherent voices and sometimes they couldn't understand what the woman was saying but every now and again something clear would come through.
"Please.... please..... please don't hurt them.... oh god please..... we didn't do anything wrong...."
