RULES
-Customs are generally given out during events. Do not ask for on if you did not earn it that way.
-Artists are allowed one custom a month with the creation of at least one adopt. Once a year (jan. 1st being roll over) they may make a mystical/legendary tier custom.
-Moderators may solidly make it have a custom created for them once a month, and, like artists, may also have a mythical/legendary tier custom as well.
-Customs for users may not be made by them, only MYO's have that privilege.
-MYO's may be made by another user for the person who owns the slot.
-Semi-Customs are only made by an artist upon request.
