have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sapient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Maisie - Scottish Diminutive form of Margaret: Pearl, child of light.

what is their favourite place?:
Maisie’s favourite place is somewhere incredibly simple, but that holds an incredibly special place in her heart. When she was just a kit, her grandmother would take Maisie out to the flower field near her cottage in the countryside, and the two would spend hours just chatting, playing board games, having picnics and drinking lemonade together. The field is full of a wide variety of wildflowers such as buttercups, cornflowers and foxgloves, with a tiny river running through the middle.

Whenever Maisie feels the need to just be alone, and think things through, she always finds herself gravitating back to the daffodil field. For her, it brings a sense of calm and serenity, allowing her to think clearly and rationally, something that Maisie struggles with at times. She also finds the flowers incredibly beautiful, and feels connected and at one with nature when she is there. It is a place that has been there for Maisie at some of the hardest, saddest, and happiest times of her life, always just being somewhere to go to escape from the goings on of everyday, mundane life for a while and to just appreciate nature and it’s beauty, and have a good think.

bailey loves hospitals.

"good morning!" the cheerful call of a child echos around the sickly sweet bustle of work. they know the layout like the back of their hand, through the front glass doors, into the waiting room where you fill out perfectly printed forms. the receptionist has a mug of suckers on the ledge beyond the safety of the glass. the seats are covered in plastic that your arms stick too. you get a whiff of the sterilized vinegar smell hinting faintly of lemon, it stings for a bit before you shake it off. you push your way past the heavy doors to the left of the receptionist into yet another crossroad, with the secretary's tornado of a desk in the middle.

shes tapping away at her computer with heavy lids and sneaks them a few whoppers. the coffee machine rumbles faintly behind them, accompanied by the buzz of the vending machines that were always filled with junk food. they stuffed the candy into their pocket and ran down the empty hallways where you could do anything you wanted. the off-while walls and the dark gray tile with the little grooves zipped past them as they recited the path in their head. left, left, up the stairs, take a right, spin around twice and go east, room number 223.

Madeline absolutely loves sitting on the park bench right by the pond. She gets to watch the ducks and geese swim away, occasionally fighting over pieces of bread that she throws for them since they don't get very many visitors.
