Mae is a rebellious girl. She doesn't like taking commands, and doesn't really listen to anyone. She's the queen of her domain, and can often be seen strutting around her patch of territory in the tropical forest. This is where the other meaning comes in. Mae loves pearls, and even somehow got a hold of a fine red velvet cape decorated with pearls worth thousands of dollars at the collar. She also has necklaces, braces and tail drapes of the same pearls.

name meaning;; Byakko on its own means White Tiger in Japanese, it symbolizes one of the Four Guardians of the Compass, is the symbol of West, Fall, White, Metal. However, because Tora is mostly orange, as her fur says, she has made a nickname of herself, and thus, is mononymously known as just Tora. Which means simply Tiger, In Japanese, supposedly leading to the meaning of a "normal" tiger, with orange and black coloration.
how their name relates to them (or how it doesn't);; In some ways, Byakko's name relates to her very well, indeed, her fur markings remind most people of a tiger of sorts, but named after one of the Four Legendary Guardians, it also relates to her importance and self confidence in herself. The white Tiger is a protector, a preserver, and just like that, Byakko is the same.

How their name relates to them (or how it doesn't);;
In her teenage years, Makatza loved to party and do questionable things, her grades in school suffering as a result. When she turned into an adult her family kicked her out, sick of her ways especially after trying to help her multiple times, and Makatza was left alone in life, as she learned that her friends weren't actually her friends when she was abandoned. Makatza lived homeless of a month or two, occasionally crashing at some of her distant relatives' places or going to shelters. She was then accepted back into her family after pleading that she didn't want to be alone without anyone to help her out and promising she'd clean up her act.

Years later, she trained to be a police officer, actually wanting to contribute to society and she thought she could help others that were like her once. Makatza believes that because of her experience of a wild lifestyle she could help other Kalons who are going through the same thing and she'd be more qualified than police officers who have never been bothered in their lives.

name meaning;; The name means "remembrance" in Japanese. I chose it because the fur reminds me of remembrance day!
how their name relates to them (or how it doesn't);; Kioku's birthday is on Remembrance day. Her parents say that she was named "Kioku" from the soldier named Cioku that happen to die on that very day she was born. Kioku's tiger resembled pelt reminds her of the poppies that grow in the summer near her home.

how their name relates to them (or how it doesn't);; Leo's name means "Lion", and he has tiger stripes, so his friends often pick fun at him about that. However, Leo is very headstrong and proud, similar to a lion, and he has a very loud voice.
