jilo, as you'd expect, is very egdy. some people, well, most, call her the edge-master. she's stubborn and gets easily annoyed. jilo keeps the ones she loves to herself and is obviously a crybaby who panics and freaks out a lot.
ever since her naïve childhood, jilo's life was filled with innocent cheerfulness. this was especially made so by her older sister sephtis who always seemed to be there for her and would go off to play with jilo whenever asked to in a heartbeat. even as sisters, they were also the best friends as well. seph made sure to protect jilo from the outside world's certain wrongs and wouldn't hesitate to bestow upon her little sister life lessons while still including many endearing memories of fun and laughter. however, when jilo began to notice her sister's attitude start to shift, their relationship suddenly grew foggy and enigmatic. soon, seph had drifted so far apart from jilo that it felt as if she had shut her away for good as whatever attempts jilo did to reach her sister weren't working anymore. this transition somehow became the key component of jilo's jarring behavioral conversion.

now, an insecure kalon who somehow learned to grow up fast on her own for the most part, jilo is mostly snarky yet extremely sensitive although she's very good at hiding this. jilo is sad and angry often and most of the time only going to her happy-place (a vintage record store run by her good friend pilot) helps her calm down. she does crazy and edgy things sometimes to get attention in the sense that no one really notices her otherwise—especially seph. basically, jilo is a sensitive lil' bean who tries to act all tough and spunky to cover up all her hurt and sadness. she's melancholy when by herself, but around others she tries to come off as carefree and somewhat happy like a I-don't-care-what-you-think-about-me type of gal. music is her escape and she treats that with the utmost respect. another means of expressing herself when she can't do so comfortably when one-on-one with others, is through street art or other types of experimental modern art forms.
