Tezari is searching for some new artists!

Before entering, please make sure you read all of the breed information on the main thread. People with entries that don't follow the known breed colorations and patterns will not be considered.
What I'm Looking For
This contest will be open indefinitely for people who wish to become active artists for Tezari. This will not end or have results, I will simply pick people who seem to show promise and ask them through PM if they would like to be an artist for the species (if you're entering this, you should be. If you're not interested, don't enter). I will be looking for both regular artists AND breeding artists, or both in one. I will pay 100 C$ to new artists, 200 C$ if you take on both roles. This is your "salary" and is a one-time payment unless I feel more should be given.
IF YOU WANT TO BE A REGULAR ARTIST: Please make a few designs showcasing a variety of colors and patterns to show what you are capable of. Remember to read the general breed guidelines on the main thread (also summarized here below). People entering with colorations and patterns not present in the breed standard will not be considered.
IF YOU WANT TO BE A BREEDING ARTIST: Please breed these two Tezari (both owned by me) with at least two different foal outcomes. Remember to make sure that the colorations you choose are actually possible by breeding them (there's a lot of possibilities with these two). There are foal coat color calculators on the internet that can help you with that.

Breed Guidelines
Here is a basic rundown of what isn't allowed in the Tezari breed as far as coloration and patterns go:
Roans
Appaloosa Patterns
Overo Patterns
Chimeras
Fantasy Colors/Patterns
As far as this contest goes, I'd prefer if you did not include rare oddities like brindle, bird catchers spots, 'irregular pintos' etc.. They will pretty much never happen in the breed just like they pretty much never happen in real life. As far as coloring goes for Tezari, a very realistic approach should be taken.
Here is a list of what should be considered common other than basic red and black base coats:
Dun
Tobiano pattern
Other than that, assume it is fair game.
As far as the bands around the mane and tail go, just do whatever you'd like. Although neon colors would probably be best to stay away from.
