Tyrnos knows all about self.
Being in conflict with one's self.

Their mind is a constant
battlefield filled with roses so to speak.

Complicated

Their mind is weaved in webs too tight to wound out of on their own.
Their memory flickers in colors, shades, flashes.
Something you told them one moment disappears the next. It is difficult.

Imagine your life in 20 minutes, starting over again and again,
each day a new one, but you cannot recollect but moments of
the day before. But you piece them together with clues. Notes
left by yourself the day before. A friend you recall just faintly.

It's treacherous, this valley of memory and loss.
Memory altercation is fun to talk about in theory, in the safety
of your friends, your family, the thoughts in your mind safely
locked away for the next. But...to have it happen, to remember
not the woman, the friends, but their collective shared grief,
their widened eyes.

It tears at something in the heart that makes you want to cry.
Tyrnos feels this. Everyday, they look life in the eye and wonders
what they did the night before, who they were the month before.

As you imagine, this constant confusion of mind makes for harsh behavior.
Anxiety runs rampant through them, a smattering of spider webs.
If they do not write something down for themselves the next day,
they freeze cold in their tracks, unable to understand. This makes for a
very upsetting day until a phone call shakes them from this stupor and
they find themselves being comforted by figures they vaguely remember.

People they can't really seem to forget. Not completely anyhow.




☁ Quirks::

Sticky notes, notes, diaries These are for records, bookkeeping. When Tyrnos can not remember, they write what they have done, what they were told they did, what they know of their life and what they don't. The next day they wake up, it is a little disarming, but they find them, the sticky notes. Their journals in plain sight with the note saying "READ ME". And then they do.

Eventually after bouts of this, Tyrnos was able to keep to the facts and facts stick around longer than anything for them.

They use string
They tie it around their tail and when they forget, they go back the way they came. This becomes tricky when out in public as the same rules cannot apply. But again, the facts slowly stick. If nothing else, landmarks will. A crooked tree, a bent sign. Minuscule things that no one else perceives as important become signs and guides. They become relieving.

Geocaching
No one is sure where this idea came from. Where is began or even why, but if nothing else Tyrnos remembers to love doing it. They use a gps and surprisingly never get lost. Many of their friends say they are a traveler with a map, but they don't need it.
