Hello there! and welcome to the artist comp for the upstarting species Fetalis.

like most comps, this will be a constantly open artist search for the fetalis species.

Here I would like to ENCOURAGE you to make edits! The species itself has many edits and mutations of all sorts! So I do expect to see people having fun! No restrictions on what you can do. Line size is size 2 on the brush for users who want to try and keep to the same style.
More then one entry is a must, as I am looking for users who have a good conceptual understanding of layering and the ability to break away from the pre-provided mutations. An example of both a basic and a uncommon/rare edits fetalis should be done. I'm not so focused on designs, but its always nice to balance the design with the mutation/edits.
If you win, you will be added as a Guest artist. Guest artists will be allowed to create 6 sabers for the species. IF the designs they created have turned out good, follow guidelines and are popular/well liked they will become a full time artist. But thats not all, a reward system praises all artists for their hard work!
Like staff they gain points. Upon becoming a GA, you will get 100 points, after 3 designs made, you will get another 100. Once all 6 are made, you will have a total of 400 points. IF you become a full time artist, you gain 75 points per design you release up to 1k points. This is enough points to create a Common edits custom Fetalis.
This dose mean there is no 1st, 2nd, 3rd stuff like that.
