This is an ONGOING artist comp! There will be three winners
each round.

R U L E S
-do not claim your Dino Dog, these are fake
-you can re-enter each round
-you can do any of the rarities, including
legendary. but anything rare or above will
not be able to be kept by you.
-entries must be made in oekaki
-make a cover if making multiple entries
-line edits are encouraged
-tess' rules apply

If you won, you can choose to keep your entry as a custom or just leave it. There is always the choice to gift the custom to someone too.
