Do you need an item to have your dogs breed in real life? NO! Neither do we! However, you do need to pay a 2-StarCoin fee for every litter you breed.
The only rule is that you can't Puppy-mill. Because that is pure evil.
Also, you have to ask permission to breed with someone else's Stellastratus. The guardians will check!
And, do NOT remove the tiny "doofenschmirtz" in your form. I use it to find lost forms! Also, replace it with "Apple" when I OR another artist replies.
