Delta Velorum Foxes are tall looking foxes that are only located on the remote planet of Delta Velorum.
Standing between 2 - 2 1/2 feet at the should, Delta Velorum Foxes are very tall in appearance compared to Red Foxes on Earth. They tend to be long legged in appearance and are well known for their endurance and agility. Males tend to be more muscular then females while female are more slender and elegant in appearance. A Delta Foxes fur tends to be very soft and short, and come in a wide variety of natural colors. It is not uncommon to see them in roans and dun colors similar to horses and are commonly seen in cat colors and patterns as well (such as calico, tabby, bengal markings ect). However the combination of colors and patterns are limitless, and each Delta Velorum Fox is different from the next. No two are ever the same in looks. Delta Velorum Foxes can come in any eye color and combination - no matter if it's natural or unnatural. A fox with two or more eye colors (known as Heterochromia) is uncommon but not unheard of.

Age: 3"Well you see. I was born as white as the snow, along with being blind. I heard my friends talking about how beautiful the night sky was, and the only thing I wanted in this life was to see it. My desire grew, along with my hatred for my white fur. So one day, during the night, I begged to the night sky 'Please. Just once, let me see you.' Something odd happened, I could... See.. And the night sky was beautiful.. The way the stars twinkled and gleamed.. I spent the rest of the night staring into the beauty of the night sky, admiring each and everyone, playing connect-the-dots with the stars, and overall enjoying the lovely night sky. But at the first sign of dawn, my vision dimmed rapidly until I was back to seeing nothing. My heart was shattered, but I knew I got my wish. I went about getting ready for the day. Despite staying up all night, I wasn't even slightly tired. I walked to my friends cave, following the trail I knew as well as the bottom of my paws. 'Helllooo pretty lady.~ I don't think I know you.'' came the familiar voice of my dear friend. 'Aw Pompy, are you going blind too? Maybe its all that hair in your eyes.' I replied to my dear friend. '..... Des?' came his suddenly unsure reply. 'Well of course, Pompy. Who else do you know with a solid white coat?' he didn't reply immediately, but when he did, his voice was quiet and soft 'You're beautiful... That starry coat.. It looks like the night sky..' Before I could reply, he resumed, sounding more confident 'Did you get someone to dye your coat with berries? It looks great!' I blinked, before tilting my head. 'Come again? What are you talking about?' He told me that my fur looked like the night sky, complete with beautiful stars. I had a hard time believing it, but I knew Pompeii wouldn't lie to me like this. I talked to him for awhile longer before heading home. Every now and then I'd pass someone, and they'd compliment my beautiful fur, then ask if I was new to the area. I thanked them and replied 'No, I've lived here all my life.' When I finally arrived home, I looked up to the sky and whispered 'Thank you...' ... What do you think? Isn't that the best story I've told yet? I could totally sell it as a Kit's tale!"Mate: N/A

Despina loves to tell stories. Story telling is carved into every fiber of her being. When she's not telling stories, she's a very honest, gentle vixen with little fear. Despite being blind, she likes to go on small adventures with her friend Pompeii. She's very accepting and understanding, she often plays a long and talks to 'Rockstar', Pompeii's pet rock. Her biggest flaw is, without a doubt, if something scares or startles her, she becomes very "Bite first, ask questions later", snapping wildly at everything around her, trying to protect herself from whatever startled her.
How she went blind:
Despite the story above, she was not born blind. She was 2 when she went blind. She had been on an adventure with Pompeii when she slipped and fell down a small cliff, banging her head into a large rock on the way down. When she came too from unconsciousness, she was blind. It really is that simple, no fairy tale magic or anything.History:Despina has lived a normal, rountine life, even before going blind. She lived in a cave with her parents until she was a year and a half, than she moved out on her own. She met Pompeii a few days after getting her own cave. After meeting him, they quickly became friends and she, for the first time in her life, strayed from the path of "normalcy" and began to do things outside of what she'd always known and done.
