Yup! As the title suggests, this competition is for COPPA'd users only, that means if you are COPPA'd you are eligible to enter whether you own a Plumerian yet or not! If you are not sure what a COPPA'd member is, you can read up about it here. This contest will be a short and simple naming contest! I'll pick the one I like best. c:

No extras are allowed, no prettying up your form (Adding dividers, pictures, quotes, etc.), no name/gender explanations (Even if it does mean something).

If you are going to have your COPPA'd status lifted before the competition ends then you cannot enter!
While you are technically still COPPA'd, if I check your profile after the competition has ended to see if you are still COPPA'd then it's going to confuse me quite a bit! So only those will be staying a COPPA'd member before this competition ends will be eligible to enter (You guys get to celebrate having your COPPA status lifted instead in private, yay!)
