I'm quite fond of the design and I hope you are too~
His stripes end in arrows (that kind of look like Aang's from avatar the last airbender)
and I never knew how hard it was to draw arrow points on curved canvases ;n;

favorite thing to cheer someone up: hickory's favorite thing to do is use his absurdly high pitched voice to mimic their pouting! he often gets a smack in the head or a nip in the ear by a grumpy friend, but he thinks it's really funny to make them laugh then glare at him angrily.

Mato really enjoys to mime. He loves making funny expressions and putting on a little show without making a single sound. He's great at it and because all his friends love it and think that Mato is awesomely funny, he always does it when he sees, that a friend of him is feeling down. This is his way to make them laugh again.
(I might add a story if I find the time)

Favorite Thing To Cheer Someone Up:
Parker has control over light and dark, so he'd probably concentrate all the light in a room. Since it's dark except for a ray coming out of his mouth because he's a flashlight, he can use his mouth to make shadow puppets. He's actually quite terrible at doing any shadow puppets besides a rock and a dog. However his friends usually burst out laughing at the sight of him: sitting straight up with the most concentrated face, his mouth awkwardly opened wide, and his hands twisting and knotting in many directions trying to make some sort of reasonable shape!
