================= A Long-Time Non-Owner Event =================
Have you tried over and over to win a Plumerian, but just can't seem to win?
Then this event is for you!~
In this event, you simply have to link to all of your previous forms you have completed in trying out for Plumerians!
Each of your previous try-outs will gain points for you!
The users who have the most points will receive a Plumerian from this event.
The first place winner will win #711 and the following users to a certain point will receive RUs!
While we would love for everyone to win, this event is still going to have limited RUs.
There will be a lot more about the Plumerians themselves once we have our winners,
but just so you know, they have not been designed yet, and the winners will have some input on them!

- 0 Points - Any form that was ineligible to be judged in it's contest.
1 Point - Raffles, Naming Contests, GIF Contests, Etc. [Anything less than 100 words/Sketches/Ect.]
2 Points - Single Main Section/Medium Competitions [Anything with or less than 1 Art/500 Words]
3 Points - Medium-Long Competitions [Forms with 501-2,000 Words/2-4 Art]
4 Points - Longer Competitions [Forms with 2,001-3,500 Words/5-7 Art]
5 Points - Very Long Competitions [Forms with 3,501-4,999 Words/8-9 Art]
7 Points - Star Entries [10+ Art OR Over 5,000 Words]
10 Points - Shooting Star Entries [10+ Art AND Over 5,000 Words]
