What are "Knittlings"?

They are two legged animals that has a magical scarf that acts as their legs

How do thief scarfs all of a sudden become magical?

They all get magical scarfs when they are born- usually matching their Marking's.
Over their lifetimes they get special scarfs that were given to them- or stolen.
Knittling's can only have 5 scarves and that is pretty rare so they must choose wisely.
(Most keep their first scarfs)

-Knittlings can have any color just not neon rainbow throw up.
-On their mouth they will always have that weird triangle thingy.
-Knittlings will always have a scarf, they will never have no scarfs but they can take them off
