If you received your puppy in a breeding, the parents will be shown below it ^^ If you adopted it without a breeding, the parents will not be disclosed.

Does my puppy have Special Genes?
It is impossible to tell if a puppy has Special Genes as they do not show until they are older.

I noticed that puppy Syndicate doesn't have the items adult Syndicate has... How does that work?
When you request to grow your puppy, you can request items on them too!
