.:Orakit Adoption Artist Competition:. CANCELLED

Postby Captain Erika » Fri Mar 27, 2015 8:02 am

Due to little interest and me not having time to spend on Orakits, this competition is cancelled.

Right! Orakits need a few new artists. Orakits can be any colour and can have any patterns. More info about Orakits is here, on the main thread. Any Orakits created here are not offical Orakits and will not be listed. If you get first or second place you may have one of your own entries as a custom. You can enter up to four times. This will end on the 30th of April.

Prizes wrote:First place: Permanent artist position and two self-designed customs

Second place: Permanent artist position and one self-designed custom

Third place: Guest artist for two weeks

Orakits are a newly discovered species. They are found by the shore of one lake and in one forest. They are quite small; a little bigger than a domestic cat. They weight about 7 - 8 kilograms and their tails are almost the length of their bodies. They live for about 20 - 25 years. Orakits are omnivores, often eating anything they can catch, like birds and fish. There are hardly any distinuishing features between males and females, except that female Orakits have larger ears. When Orakits encounter humans they are generally friendly, but quite shy and usally run away before anyone can get close to them. If a human trys to capture them, they will become very aggressive. The only way a person can get close to them is if an Orakit decides to 'adopt' a human. Each Orakit wears a necklace with a gem on it. Orakits can use their gems to see a little way into the future and their gems' colour corosopond to the type of future they can see.
