A techno based mako? c: (Lively with neon colors)

Magic? Like wizard, or magician in general.

Story characters <33 oh my gosh (Alice in wonderland, the little mermaid etc)

This one will be a store Mako for Auction on DA ;0;
They have Magic powers that the buyer can determine {they can have multiple if the bids get high enough}
This Mako is quite clumsy and have their spells misfunction a lot!
They always have Multicolored stars follow them around they can be any color!
They have super shiny sparkly hair and have heart shaped eye lights!
They have crescent moon and star shaped holes in their dorsal fin.
Their back paws leaves a glow mimicking a face on a carved pumpkin or a spirit/ghost. {Eyes and mouth}
The hat they wear gives off a purple glow!
