Aspro slouched lazily as he strode through the town, cherry red hooves clicking against the stone roads. The whole town was full of various scents of different kinds of coffees or pastries being sold, so the strong, flowery scent of perfume was a surprise. Wrinkling their nose, Aspro stepped forwards carelessly and soon found himself tumbling to the ground. Growling through a mouth full of stone pathway, they just had to be bothered by the scent of flowery perfume and the voice of a worried deersert. "I'm so sorry!" Cried a deerssert above Aspro. He glanced up, surprised by the view of a male deer accompanied with the strong scent of flowers. "Whatever," Aspro grumbled as he wobbled to a stand. "No really, ma'am, I'm very sorry!" Whimpered the deerssert. "I'm not a girl," Aspro huffed beneath their breath.
The deerssert seemed taken aback, however quickly grinned. "Sorry, sir! I'm Dandelion, by the way. What's your name?" Aspro stared at them blankly; no one had ever accepted them by masculine pronouns so quickly. "I'm Aspro," he choked out. "Your perfume.." "Oh!" Dandelion flushed a strawberry red and grinned nervously. "Sorry, that must've been why you tripped, huh.." Aspro nodded shyly, glancing down at their hooves.
"Well, I have to make it up to you!" Dandelion grinned. Aspro stared at him, tilting their head. "What do you mean?" "Well, I can't just trip you and walk away! Would you like to come and get a drink with me sometime?" The brown deer offered. "Oh, um.. Okay." Aspro continued to stare blankly at him. "Do you, want to go to the coffee shop? I'm free at four." He offered. Dandelion nodded and giggled in reply. "I'll meet you there! See you, Aspro!" With that, the flowery deer turned and bustled away into the crowds. Aspro smiled after him, giggling gently. See you, Dandelion.

Dandelion and Aspro have been friends since they met in that town; since Aspro got tripped by the flowery scent of perfume, and enjoys a cup of coffee with a new friend. Even though Aspro still isn't the sweetest deer, Dandelion has steadily helped him become kinder to others, and more willing to help. Dandelion still switches between pronouns for Aspro whenever they want them to, always making sure they're comfortable; that for which Aspro is thankful. Dandelion puts up with Aspro's sloppy tendencies and explosive personality, and Aspro himself has grown quiet fond of the scent of flowers, and has started a garden, much to Dandelion's delight. [even if he's the one who has to take care of the garden when Aspro is too tired to get out of bed.]
