Hey guy, so I'm finally going to be holding an artist competition for Koras! To enter, just read the stuff below. I also recommend checking out the main thread if you're interested in the species <3

Basic Species info:

A Kora is a large feline largely resembling
a leopard or lion. All Koras have a fluffy
dorsal mane, starting from the end of
the tail and ending at the crown of the
head, falling over the face. Their faces
are broad, like a lion, but they have
wider eyes adapted to seeing in the dark.
Koras have large, tufted tails. We have
yet to know what the purpose of such an
ornamental tail would be. Koras have long,
waterproof fur, good for keeping out
water and unfavorable temperatures.
Koras are distantly related to the snow
leopard, and show similar social and
behavioral characteristics.

All Koras are given a necklace with a large
pendant when they reach the age of two
years. This pendant fits their looks and
usually says something about their personality
as well. The necklaces are custom colored to
match or accent the fur color of the particular
Kora wearing it.

I'm going to keep this open for a couple months, and see who enters and award artist slots as I see fit. There will at least be a 1st and 2nd place. In the meantime, if I see any exceptional entries, they will be invited immediately to join, and the amount of people chosen like this is unlimited, as long as the skill and art style is what I'm looking for. Artist and guest artist slots will be awarded.

Artists will be awarded a custom, and guest artist will be given a limited amount of adopts to make, and might receive a custom depending on their work and what I decide in the future. Guest artists may or may not be promoted to full artist depending on their work. Individual entries may also be awarded as customs, even if the artist is not chosen (because they might have come up with a single really nice design, but their style isn't fit for the species ect)

I will try to elaborate on prizes, end dates, and general info for the contest as it goes on. Thanks for your patients, and feel free to pm me or post any and all questions!

Is there a limit to how many we can make? Should I make a cover?

There's no limit, and you can make a cover but don't really have to its up to you and whatever you feel like doing c: having/not having a cover won't increase or decrease your chances of being picked so it's all about personal preference.
