Personality: Kupatwa prefers to be called Ku. She's very polite, and can come off as quite snobbish. This is the exact opposite of her real personality, though! She's actually very kind and defensive over her friends. She's very compassionate and loves to spend time in nature. Ku has even been lucky enough to witness a solar eclipse, her namesake!
History: Ku was actually not born in the warm rays of sunlight, but indeed in the dark shadows of night. Her mother wasn't the wariest when she bedded down to give birth; when dawn broke, and the mother was standing with the calf by her side, a wolf pack came. Ku's mother refused to have any of that, though, and soon sent the canines on their way. Ever since then, Ku's been deathly afraid of anything that barks and growls.
Kupatwa stayed with her mother until she was two years old. She left to go out on her own, hoping to find friends in other Oxiries. She met a captivated Oxirie, Ash, and her friend Eldiablo. Ku then decided she would live there, and she's remained there with Ash and Eldiablo for three years.

Amber Rays

I was named Amber Rays, after the first light that shone on my pelt after I was born. That light healed my soul from death. I was about to die, and then the sun came out from behind the clouds, glimmering softly on my fur. My mother said it was a miracle, for after that, I was born properly, and was able to be raised as a sweet, darling young Oxirie. When I was young, my father died, and my mother and I were left, stranded in the prairies of Africa. My mother had only known of men helping her survive, so we were terrified without my father. Mother started starving, and I became the one to find the food. It was quite easy. You go to the grass, and eat it. Then I'd have my chores as Mother got more and more sick. I'd bring her water, food, and take care of my younger sister, Melody. Then came the day that Mother died. I buried her under her favorite tree, and Melody and I continued on. Melody was only about 6 months old, and I was about a year old, so Melody wasn't fit for travel. After the course of a few weeks, Melody got slower and slower, until she collapsed one day, dead. I continued on in the harsh heat as the weather got warmer. Then I met more Oxirie. It was a whole herd of Oxirie. I quickly was accepted, and soon grew in followers and was very respected as I got older and trained better. I got a mate, and I lived my life very well.
